1 Year Warranty 

Warranty is only valid to Rouje Petite devices purchased by the original customer. The warranty period starts at the date of delivery. 

What does this warranty cover? 

Rouje Products warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period. During the warranty period, Rouje Products will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of products that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. 

What will Rouje Products do to correct the problems?

Rouje Products will either provide a repair or replacement at no charge, or exchange the product for a refund of the purchase price. For the first 60 days, Rouje Products will be responsible for all shipping costs. After the first 60 days, the customer will be responsible for all product shipping charges while in transit to the our distribution centre. Any replacements will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. 

What does the warranty not cover? 

The warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance, modification, unauthorized repair, storage and transportation. This warranty does not cover theft or loss of the product.
